Pregnenolone Complex is a custom formula that provides pregnenolone and the active precursor niacinamide for ultimate delivery of pregnenolone and aid in the protection of the mitochondrial. Pregnenolone is the key precursor pro-hormone involved in maintaining sufficient steroid hormone levels in the body. It is the precursor (building block) for other hormones in the body including cortisol, DHEA, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone and aldosterone.
Without pregnenolone there can be no human steroid hormone production.
Pregnenolone is known to modulate at least two key nerve receptors systems in the brain: NMDA receptors and GABA receptors. NMDA receptors are involved in learning, memory, and alertness. GABA receptors are involved in mood stability, relaxation, sex drive and sleep.
Niacinamide or otherwise known as Vitamin B3 works with vitamin B1, riboflavin (Vitamin B2), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), pantothenic acid, and biotin to break down and convert the carbohydrates, fats, and proteins in food into energy to help support the mitochondria. The involvement of niacin, an essential B vitamin, in cellular energy production makes it important for healthy cardiovascular function, nervous system function and immune function.
Glutathione is the body's most important intracellular antioxidant. It works inside the cells. And in addition to its antioxidant properties, glutathione is a master detoxifier. It's particularly important within the organs that are responsible for cleansing our bodies, especially the liver and kidneys, but also the lungs and intestines. Glutathione is also important to the immune system.
Methyl Folate Complex is designed to be used in conjunction with our Methylation Support Dissolves or Methylation Support Topical Cream that provides the activating co-factors to deliver the additional tetrahydrofolate to support issues associated with methylation deficiencies.. Most often poor methylators will need additional methyl folate.
The addition of Niacinamide helps support the mitochondria and supports as a cofactor for the delivery of the other ingredients in Methyl Folate Plus.
The typical indications for this product include but are not limited to:
* Presence of Folate Receptor Autoantibodies
*Homozygous (2 copies) MTHFR polymorphism
*Development (ages 8-20)
*Slow recovery from major neurological injuries
*Moderate to severe autism spectrum issues
*Poor recovery from traumatic injury
Now with 200mg of DIM and 200mg of Calcium D-Glucarate Per Dose!Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a compound derived from the digestion of indole-3-carbinol found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage and kale.
DIM possesses an ability to stimulate specific pathways of estrogen metabolism. Supplementation of DIM has been shown to increase the “good” estrogen metabolites (2-hydroxy) while simultaneously decreasing the “bad” estrogen metabolites (4-hydroxy and 16-hydroxy).
DIM Essentials is typically utilized in patients who show signs of estrogen dominance. With the addition of calcium gluconorate, this ingredient has the ability to bind the “bad” forms of estrogen and assist with eliminating them from the body.
The common symptoms of estrogen dominance are:
Sleep Protocol, is a proprietary blend of seven ingredients, specifically designed to promote healthy sleep, support the body’s normal nocturnal rhythms during stress, and help those who may have occasional sleeplessness.
Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) is a bio-identical fatty acid amide that Is normally synthesized by healthy tissue In the human body in response to inflammation. PEA is made by various plants and animals and is present throughout the animal kingdom. PEA can be found in many different tissuesincluding glia, neurons, retina, white blood cells, mast cells and adipocytes. Supplementing with PEA has been sclentlffcally shown to naturally assist in the reduction of inflammation and to have neuro-protective and possibly pain control effects. This natural anti-inflammatory supports the nervous system and abnormal immune responses.*
Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) – backed by more than 300+ medical studies, has been shown to be or assist with:
How does it work?Palmitoylethanolamide is thought to act primarily on the Peroxisome Proliferator Activated Receptor Alpha (PPAR-α), a receptor in the cell nucleus. It also has affinity for the cannabinoid-like G-coupled receptors GPR55 and GPR119, although it has no affinity for the classical cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2. This is why it is sometimes referred to as a non-psychoactive “indirect endocannabinoid.”
It does not block pain signals the way opioids and other analgestics do. Instead it works upstream by supporting the healthy function of glial cells and mast cells.*

Mast cells are a type of immune system cell that responds to chemical signals from tissue injury. When mast cells “degranulate,” they release a payload of inflammatory cytokines, NGF, histamines, and other molecules in the surrounding tissue. These chemicals attract white blood cells and activate their immune response against pathogens. Mast cells also activate nociceptors (pain receptors) with the chemicals they secrete. Overactive mast cell activation induces an increase in the density and sensitivity of pain receptors and can play a part in a variety of chronic pain issues.
How does it work?It was discovered that mammals have a specific receptor cell known as the endocannabinoid system, which is closely interconnected with the nervous and immune system. CBD has been shown to boost every function of our cannabinoid receptors to help soothe and relax us. PEA has an affinity for the cannabinoid-like G-coupled receptors, although it has no affinity for the classical cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2. This is why it is sometimes referred to as a non-psychoactive “indirect endocannabinoid.”

This formula combines D-Chiro-Inositol and 4 other nutrient cofactors to enhance the necessary biochemical steps needed for intracellular energy.D-Chiro-Inositol (DCI) is a sugar alcohol complex that is naturally occurring in the body. It acts as a significant secondary messenger in cells and is responsible for key biological processes including:
Due to genetic weaknesses, the conversion of myo-inositol to DCI can be a challenge and sugar does not get disposed of quickly. This abnormality is known as insulin resistance. DCI, along with essential nutrient cofactors, assists with insulin signaling and cellular energy.*
